Mansioni: - responsabile del Bistrò (cucina e servizio) e del reparto economia domestica - conduzione e sviluppo dei collaboratori di entrambi i reparti, con supporto attivo - pianificazione e controllo dei piani di lavoro (Polypoint) - garanzia degli standard di qualità Tertianum - preparazione e presentazione dei pasti secondo ricetta, per le diete di ogni tipo e per i desideri - accoglienza di residenti, familiari e ospiti, con un programma ricorrente di eventi e animazione - acquisti, stoccaggio e controllo dei costi nel rispetto dei budget assegnati - rispetto delle disposizioni cantonali d’igiene, sicurezza sul posto di lavoro e del concetto HACCP - fatturazione corretta dei servizi aggiuntivi ai residenti

Requisiti: - diploma di cuoco/a AFC; costituisce titolo preferenziale un attestato professionale federale - esperienza nella conduzione del personale, minimo 3 anni - ottima conoscenza della cucina ticinese e mediterranea, creatività in cucina - conoscenze dei processi dell’economia domestica costituiscono un requisito preferenziale - solide competenze nella gestione dei costi e del budget - dimestichezza con gli strumenti informatici e i sistemi specifici del settore (TCPOS, Polypoint) - ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e buona conoscenza di un’altra lingua nazionale, preferibilmente il tedesco - flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare attivamente in cucina e in sala

Dettagli impiego: - sede di lavoro Bellinzona - occupazione al 100% - impiego a previo accordo, a tempo indeterminato - lavoro a turni, lavoro domenicale e lavoro festivo - retribuzione salariale in base al CCNL del settore alberghiero e della ristorazione
