The posting

Gastroenterologia on kasvava erikoisala Terveystalossa. Tällä hetkellä meillä käy potilaita yksiköissämme enemmän kuin nykyiset ammattilaisemme pystyvät hoitamaan, joten tarvitsemme lisää monipuolisia gastroenterologeja etenkin Kouvolan yksikköön.

Mitä työ pitää sisällään?

Tarve perustuu eläköitymisiin ja paikkakunnilla työskentelevien gastrokirurgien tukemiseen. IBD:n vaikeampiin tautimuotoihin on viime vuosina tullut tehokkaita lääkkeitä, jotka soveltuvat käytettäväksi myös yksityisellä sektorilla. Monet potilaamme tarvitsevat maksasairauksien arviointia ja hoitosuunnitelmaa. Haemme nyt Terveystaloon työlleen omistautuneita koko- tai osa-aikaisia gastroenterologeja, jolloin potilas-lääkäri -suhteiden ja lääkehoitojen luonteva jatkuvuus toteutuu.

  • Laaja toimipaikkaverkosto, monipuoliset mahdollisuudet. Meillä on yli 370 toimipaikkaa ympäri Suomen ja 17 Terveystalo Sairaalaa 15 paikkakunnalla.
  • Oma lääkäri- ja asiantuntijavastaava. Meillä lääketieteellisen tuen lisäksi työtäsi helpottaa ja tukee oma nimetty lääkäri- ja asiantuntijavastaavasi, joka tukee sinua arkesi suunnittelussa, huolehtii perehdytyksestäsi Terveystaloon, järjestelmiimme ja toimipisteeseen. Hän varmistaa, että arkesi on sujuvaa ja voit keskittyä ydinosaamiseesi.
  • Korkea lääketieteellinen laatu ja edistykselliset oman työn laatumittarit. Meillä Terveystalossa tukenasi on vahva lääkärijohtajuus, joka on otettu huomioon yrityksen joka tasolla. Gastroenterologian erikoisalasta vastaa vatsaelinsairauksien vastuulääkäri Markku Nissinen. Vastuulääkärin tehtävänä on vastata lääketieteellisestä laadusta, kehittä erikoisalaa ja tehdä yhteistyötä muiden erikoisalojen kanssa. Meillä voit seurata myös hoidon vaikuttavuutta (PEI) ja asiantuntijakohtaista tyytyväisyyskyselyä
  • Kotimainen ja vastuullinen. Vastuullisuus on meille sydämen asia. ISS ESG:n arvioinnissa kuulumme globaalisti oman alamme kärkeen, ja Suomalainen työ ry on myöntänyt meille Avainlippu-tunnuksen osoituksena Suomessa tuotetusta ja työllistävästä palvelusta. Teemme työtä suomalaisten terveyden ja koko yhteiskunnan hyvinvoinnin eteen tinkimättömällä ammattitaidolla.
