Hei naistentautien erikoislääkäri tai loppuvaiheen erikoistuva!

Gynekologia on Terveystalon suurimpia erikoisaloja toimien usealla paikkakunnalla ympäri Suomen. Tällä hetkellä meillä käy potilaita yksiköissämme enemmän kuin nykyiset ammattilaisemme pystyvät hoitamaan, joten tarvitsemme lisää monipuolisia gynekologeja erityisesti Rovaniemelle. Työnkuvaan on mahdollista liittää leikkaustoimintaa vastaanottotyön lisäksi.

Rovaniemen Terveystalo tarjoaa laajat aukioloajat sekä mahdollisuuden tehdä monipuolisesti gynekologisia pientoimenpiteitä. Käytössäsi on laser-laite ja voit tehdä mm. laskeumankorjausleikkauksia (kystoseele/rectoseele) sekä emättimen nauhaleikkauksia (TVT/TOT). Hoitohenkilökunta on paikalla aukioloaikojen puitteissa. Voit myös hyvin kysyä sairaalan henkilökunnalta onnistuuko jokin tietty toimenpide, niin voimme yhdessä laajentaa valikoimaa!

Käytössäsi on seuraavat UÄ-laitteet:

-Voluson S8t BT18 -Voluson P6 -Versana Active

Gynekologian erikoisalajohtajana toimii Satu Wedenoja. Hän toimii ammattilaisten tukena ja vastaa toiminnan kehittämisestä sekä lääketieteellisestä laadusta.

  • Välitämme toisistamme. Arjen työn tukenasi toimii oma lääkäri- ja asiantuntijavastaavasi. Tuttavallisemmin LAV perehdyttää sinut potilastietojärjestelmäämme, arjen työkaluihin ja toimintamalleihin sekä auttaa sinua työlistojen laatimisessa sekä vastaanottohuoneen varauksissa. Osaajatutkimuksemme mukaan ammattilaisemme arvostavat muun muassa lämmintä työyhteisöämme, hyvää esihenkilötyötä ja lähijohtamista sekä mahdollisuutta onnistua omassa työssä.
  • Monipuoliset koulutusmahdollisuudet. Tarjoamme osaajillemme omat laadukkaat koulutuksemme, Terveystalon Lääkäripäivät, viikoittaiset Tiedosta taidoksi -koulutukset, eri erikoisalojen omat koulutukset ja Terveystalo Academyn monipuolisen kurssivalikoiman. Meillä voit suorittaa useita eri erityispätevyyksiä sekä pätevöityä ja erikoistua työterveyshuoltoon. Pyrimme tukemaan kouluttautumista myös talon ulkopuolella.
