Etsimme nyt Työterveyslääkäriä tai työterveydestä kiinnostunutta yleislääkäriä Lappeenrantaan.

Voit olla työterveyshuoltoon erikoistuva lääkäri, pitkän kurssin suorittanut tai valmis erikoislääkäri. Mikäli harkitset erikoistumista työterveyshuoltoon, meillä voit pätevöityä työterveyslääkäriksi Terveystalolle räätälöidyllä työterveyshuollon pitkällä kurssilla tai suorittaa erikoislääkärintutkinnon lähes alusta loppuun työterveyshuollon koulutusohjelmassamme. Työterveyslääkärinä pääset tekemään monipuolisia työterveyden tehtäviä sekä hyödyntämään ja kasvattamaan osaamistasi mielenkiintoisten asiakkuuksien parissa.

Mitä työ työterveyslääkärinä pitää sisällään?

Työterveyslääkärinä pääset tekemään monipuolisia työterveyden tehtäviä sekä hyödyntämään ja kasvattamaan osaamistasi mielenkiintoisten asiakkuuksien ja potilasryhmien parissa. Meillä pääset aidosti vaikuttamaan työsi sisältöön ja tekemään siitä oman näköisesi. Työsi voi koostua kokemuksestasi ja mielenkiinnostasi riippuen joko ennaltaehkäisevästä Kela1 työstä tai sairaudenhoidollisesta Kela2 työstä tai näiden yhdistelmästä.

Terveystalossa pääset työskentelemään osana yritysterveyden moniammatillista tiimiä, johon kuuluu lisäksesi työterveyshoitajia, työfysioterapeutti, ravitsemusterapeutti ja työterveyspsykologi. Moniammatillisuus merkitsee meille paljon: oman osaamisen tunnistamista, yhteistä vastuuta asiakkaasta, yhteisen tiedon luomista, asiakaslähtöistä organisaatiota ja tiimioppimista. Tiimisi mahdollistaa myös sen, että pääset keskittymään juuri sinun erikoisosaamiseesi.
