· Coordinate annual performance review, salary review, bonus, special bonus, and recognition processes across Group functions and relevant countries.

· Prepare, consolidate, and validate employee, performance, salary, and bonus data for management review.

· Track key timelines, submissions, approvals, and follow-up actions throughout the performance and reward cycles.

· Support the review of salary adjustments, bonuses, special recognition awards, and other significant reward proposals.

· Prepare analyses and supporting information to facilitate management decision-making on performance and reward matters.

· Coordinate with Country HR and payroll teams to ensure approved outcomes are accurately implemented.

· Support the development, review, communication, and implementation of Group HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.

· Support the operation of HR-related Delegation of Authority requirements and approval processes.

· Maintain relevant HR governance documents, approval records, and supporting materials.

· Monitor the implementation of Group HR policies and guidelines across relevant countries.

· Coordinate the review of exceptions and significant HR matters requiring Group-level consideration.

· Support regular reviews and updates of Group HR governance requirements.

3. Workforce Data and Management Reporting

· Maintain and regularly update GMS and key country headcount information.

· Consolidate workforce data, including headcount, organisational changes, employee movements, and vacancies.

· Validate information submitted by Regional and Country HR teams and follow up on inaccuracies or missing information.

· Prepare regular HR reports, management summaries, dashboards, and supporting analyses.

· Monitor key HR indicators and identify significant workforce changes or issues requiring management attention.

· Support headcount planning and other workforce-related reviews when required.

4. Talent and Key Employee Management Support

· Support the management of key employee, key position, and succession information.

· Coordinate the collection and review of performance, development, and retention information for key employees.

· Support performance and talent review discussions involving General Managers, key employees, and other priority positions.

· Maintain talent review records, development actions, and agreed follow-up items.

· Coordinate with Regional and Country HR teams to track the implementation of agreed development or retention actions.

5. Regional and Country HR Coordination

· Serve as a coordination point between Group HR and Regional or Country HR teams.

· Organise regular HR meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and maintain action trackers.

· Coordinate the submission of organisation, workforce, performance, reward, and other HR information from relevant countries.

· Communicate Group HR policies, guidelines, programmes, and process requirements to Regional and Country HR teams.

· Follow up on agreed HR actions and outstanding country submissions.

· Support Regional and Country HR teams in addressing cross-country or Group-level HR matters.

· Escalate significant workforce, policy, compliance, or employee issues to the appropriate Group HR or management stakeholders.

6. HR Projects and Programmes

· Provide guidance on applicable expatriate benefits, processes, and documentation.

· Support housing and utility contract administration, including the monitoring of contract periods and related costs.

· Coordinate vehicle, transportation, and other approved mobility arrangements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
