« La société TESA PMI Sàrl, employant une centaine de collaborateurs, recherche pour son équipe «Purchasing», dans le cadre d’un CDD d’une durée de 6 mois, un/e : » Acheteur/Approvisionneur Junior (H/F) Mission: audit et optimisation des processus achats

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Achats, vous occupez un double rôle. D’une part, vous gérez au quotidien une famille d’achats, du planning d’approvisionnement jusqu’à la livraison. D’autre part, vous menez un audit complet de nos processus achats (Procure-to-Pay) : vous identifiez les points de friction, proposez et pilotez l’optimisation des flux et créez le tableau de bord KPI du service. Une mission idéale pour acquérir une vision transverse de la Supply Chain dans un environnement industriel de haute précision.

Vos principales missions : 1. Approvisionnement opérationnel • Analyser les besoins MRP et transformer les demandes d’achat en commandes • Suivre les retards fournisseurs et sécuriser les livraisons critiques • Traiter les litiges (quantité, prix, qualité, factures) avec la comptabilité et la qualité • Mettre à jour les données de base achats (fiches info-achat, délais, conditions) • Participer aux consultations et négociations fournisseurs sur un périmètre défini 2. Audit des processus achats • Cartographier les processus actuels : expression du besoin → commande → réception → facturation (P2P) • Identifier les écarts, doublons, tâches manuelles et points de blocage • Mesurer la performance via la mise en place des KPIs • Analyser les interfaces avec la Production, la Planification, la Qualité, la Logistique et la Finance • Piloter la mise en œuvre des actions correctives retenues et rédiger ou mettre à jour les procédures

Votre profil : • Bachelor en gestion, économie, logistique / supply chain ou formation équivalente ; un Master ou un CFC dans le domaine constitue un atout • Formation ou première expérience en achats et approvisionnement (stage ou emploi) • Aisance avec les outils informatiques ; la connaissance de SAP (module achats) est un réel atout • Français et anglais indispensables ; l’allemand est un atout • Esprit d’analyse et curiosité : vous aimez comprendre, questionner et améliorer les processus existants • Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et esprit d’initiative • Résistance au stress, disponibilité et capacité d’adaptation au changement • Facilité de contact et aisance relationnelle pour collaborer avec de nombreux interlocuteurs internes et externes
