Contexte :

Tessan, start-up française spécialisée en télémédecine avec pour objectifs de lutte contre les déserts médicaux, se développe dans toute la France (avec plus de 1600 dispositifs déployés en moins de 8 ans, et ce n'est qu'un début 😉). Notre objectif ? Permettre à chaque français d'avoir accès à un médecin à moins de 15 minutes de chez lui.

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recrutons un(e) Lead Product Manager (H/F) pour piloter le pôle Produit et accompagner notre CPTO dans les prochaines étapes de croissance de Tessan 🎯!

🎯 Tes missions :

Rattaché(e) à notre CPTO, tu es responsable de la structuration de la fonction produit : roadmap, spécifications, recette, documentation, et encadrement d'une petite équipe produit (stagiaires et alternants aujourd'hui, Product Owners demain) :

1. Vision, Stratégie & Roadmap Produit

  • Définition de la Roadmap : Co-construire et piloter la roadmap produit (objectifs business, livrables, jalons) en lien étroit avec le CPTO et la Direction.
  • Priorisation & Centralisation : Être le point d’entrée unique des besoins produit (internes et externes) et arbitrer les priorités.
  • Pilotage par la donnée : Définir et suivre les KPI clés (3 à 5 par produit) avec l’équipe Data pour mesurer l'impact.

2. Expertise Métier & Écosystème E-Santé

  • Conformité Réglementaire : Porter la feuille de route e-santé (e-prescription, Pro Santé Connect, HDS, droits patients) en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Tech.
  • Partenariats & Intégrations : Piloter les intégrations produit avec nos partenaires industriels (optique et dispositifs de santé connectée).
  • Immersion Terrain : Aller à la rencontre des professionnels de santé (pharmacies, médecins) et des équipes internes pour nourrir la vision de retours concrets.

3. Management & Structuration de l'Équipe

  • People Management : Encadrer et faire grandir l'équipe produit au quotidien.
  • Recrutement : Participer activement à la structuration et au recrutement de la future équipe.

4. Execution, Delivery & Process

  • Conception & Recette : Superviser/rédiger les spécifications (parcours, critères d'acceptation, règles métier) et valider la recette avant chaque mise en production.
  • Documentation & Savoir : Garantir la clarté et le maintien de la documentation produit (journal des décisions, passations, fiches produits).

⚡ Ton profil idéal :

Expérience & Compétences clés

  • 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en Product Management / Ownership, obligatoirement dans la santé numérique ou un secteur très réglementé (téléconsultation, logiciel médical, pharma, DM).
  • Delivery & Rigueur : Capacité à cadrer, spécifier (specs ultra-précises), tester (recette sans QA dédiée) et documenter (l'écrit avant l'oral).
  • Reprise d'existant : Habitude de reconstituer la documentation, le backlog et les règles métier sur un produit déjà lancé.
  • Écosystème e-santé : Bonne compréhension des enjeux réglementaires (ANS, Pro Santé Connect, HDS, e-prescription) et des intégrations API/partenaires.
  • Management & Terrain : Première expérience d'encadrement (PO junior, alternant) et culture de la donnée/du terrain (échanges réguliers avec médecins et pharmaciens).

Posture & Soft Skills

  • Rigueur & Autonomie : Capacité à gérer les délais, à formaliser les décisions et à faire des comptes rendus écrits clairs.
  • Capacité à dire non : Savoir recadrer les priorités face à la direction ou au commercial, avec des arguments solides et des alternatives.
  • Pédagogie : Posture bienveillante et structurante pour faire grandir l'équipe.
