Contexte : Tessan, start-up française spécialisée en télémédecine avec pour objectifs de lutte contre les déserts médicaux, se développe dans toute la France (avec près de 1600 dispositifs déployés en moins de 8 ans, et ce n'est qu'un début 😉). Notre objectif ? Permettre à chaque français d'avoir accès à un médecin à moins de 15 minutes de chez lui. Pour accompagner notre développement aux Etats-Unis, nous recrutons nos futur(e)s stagiaires - US Expansion Associate (H/F) ! 🎯

Missions : Rattaché(e) à notre Strategic Partnerships Manager US, tu orchestrerass l'expansion américaine en alignant équipes, stratégie et automatisation tech. Un poste clé à fort impact, au contact direct du CEO :

1. Pilotage opérationnel

  • Responsabilité de pôle(s) : Co-piloter un ou plusieurs pôle(s) clés (Sales, Médical, Operations, Marketing, Partenariats), de la définition de la feuille de route jusqu'à l'exécution opérationnelle.
  • Coordination transverse : Fluidifier la communication entre les différents responsables de pôles pour aligner les priorités, partager l'information et lever les points de blocage.

2. Stratégie, Performance & Relation CEO

  • Contribution à la stratégie US : Participer à la définition de la vision globale aux États-Unis et veiller à son déploiement harmonieux dans l'ensemble des équipes.
  • Pilotage de la performance : Définir les KPI stratégiques, concevoir des tableaux de bord de suivi et animer la démarche d'amélioration continue.
  • Interfaçage de haut niveau : Préparer, structurer et animer des points d'arbitrage réguliers avec le CEO sur les sujets à fort impact.

3. Optimisation, Outillage & Produit

  • Automatisation & Workflows : Identifier les opportunités d'optimisation, concevoir des workflows efficients (IA, No-code, intégrations API) et les déployer auprès des équipes.
  • Interface Produit & Tech : Canaliser les retours du terrain, contribuer au cadrage de la roadmap Produit/Tech et suivre le déploiement des fonctionnalités.

4. Projets structurants & Partenariats

  • Partenariats & Projets spéciaux : Mener les négociations clés et piloter les initiatives stratégiques ad hoc confiées par notre Strategic Partnerships Manager US.

⚡ Nos futur(e)s stagiaires - Operations & Strategy US (H/F) idéaux seront :

  • En fin d'études ou césure : Étudiant(e) en Grande École de Commerce, d'Ingénieur ou Master spécialisé, tu recherches un stage de fin d'études ou de césure à fort impact. Une première expérience (stage/alternance) en startup, conseil ou opérations est un vrai plus.
  • Orienté(e) chiffres & structuration : À l'aise avec Excel / Google Sheets, tu sais analyser des données, construire des tableaux de bord lisibles et poser les bons diagnostics.
  • Flexible & Excellent(e) communicant(e) : Tu sais faire le lien entre des profils variés (Sales, Tech, Produit, CEO), poser les bonnes questions et synthétiser l'information pour faire avancer les sujets.
  • Autonome & Positif/ve 💪🏻 : Rigoureux/se, proactif/ve et persévérant(e), tu n'as pas peur de prendre des initiatives et de t'attaquer à des sujets flous pour y apporter de la structure.
  • Fluent en Anglais : Tu es parfaitement à l'aise à l'oral comme à l'écrit pour échanger au quotidien sur le marché US.
