DYKA Nederland is een toonaangevende productie- en verkooporganisatie van kunststof leidingsystemen (PVC, PE en PP). De productie, centrale distributie, verkoopafdelingen en overige stafdiensten zijn gevestigd op het hoofdkantoor in Steenwijk. Daarnaast zorgen 21 regionale verkoopvestigingen voor servicegerichte verkoop en toelevering aan handelaren, aannemers, installateurs, overheidsinstanties, nutsbedrijven en de industrie. DYKA Nederland is onderdeel van DYKA Group, die op haar beurt deel uitmaakt van Tessenderlo Group. DYKA Group is internationaal vertegenwoordigd in België, Nederland, Frankrijk, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Duitsland, Polen, Tsjechië, Slovenië en Roemenië.

Job Description

Samen met je collega’s ben je verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van het productieproces. Aan het begin van een productieopdracht help je bij het instellen en opstarten van de extrusielijn. Je voert de eerste visuele controle uit en zorgt ervoor dat monsters bij de kwaliteitsafdeling terechtkomen. Na goedkeuring kan de productie verder.

Tijdens het produceren houd je de lijn en het product continu in de gaten. Met behulp van meetapparatuur controleer je onder andere of het product aan de gestelde specificaties voldoet. Zie je een afwijking? Dan stuur je het proces bij. Kleine storingen probeer je zelf op te lossen. Bij grotere afwijkingen of storingen schakel je de Operator C of 1e man in.

  • Je stelt extrusielijnen in, start ze op en helpt bij het ombouwen naar een volgende productieopdracht.
  • Je bewaakt het productieproces, voert metingen uit en stuurt de machine bij wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde buizen en keurt producten waar nodig af of bewerkt ze na.
  • Je verhelpt eerstelijnsstoringen en zorgt ervoor dat grotere technische problemen snel bij de juiste collega terechtkomen.
  • Je registreert productie- en kwaliteitsgegevens en helpt waar nodig bij het verpakken en intern transporteren van gereed product.

Qualifications

Je hoeft niet alleen technisch handig te zijn. We zoeken vooral iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zijn werk, goed samenwerkt met de ploeg en zelf actie onderneemt wanneer iets beter of anders kan.

  • Je beschikt over MBO3 werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en neemt initiatief wanneer je afwijkingen of problemen signaleert.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent gericht op kwaliteit en resultaat.
  • Je werkt graag samen en vindt veilig werken vanzelfsprekend.

Additional Information

Wat bieden wij

  • Salaris conform CAO KRI en Overeenkomst Aanvullende Afspraken DYKA B.V. De functie wordt ingeschaald afhankelijk van je ervaring en opleidingsniveau in E (van €3.093,63 tot maximaal €3.314,21).
  • 25% toeslag voor werken in 3 ploegen.
  • Vakantietoeslag van 8%;
  • 25 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV in 3 ploegen
  • Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden als een gratificatie van 3%, collectieve pensioenregeling en mogelijkheid tot deelname aan onze collectieve zorgverzekering;
  • Een reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,25 cent per km tot maximaal €25,- per dag (vanaf 10 km);

  • Opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden;
  • Bijdrage (bruto-netto verrekening) aan sportabonnement, fietsplan en computerregeling (bij een vast contract).
