DYKA Nederland is een toonaangevende productie- en verkooporganisatie van kunststof leidingsystemen (PVC, PE en PP). De productie, centrale distributie, verkoopafdelingen en overige stafdiensten zijn gevestigd op het hoofdkantoor in Steenwijk. Daarnaast zorgen 21 regionale verkoopvestigingen voor servicegerichte verkoop en toelevering aan handelaren, aannemers, installateurs, overheidsinstanties, nutsbedrijven en de industrie. DYKA Nederland is onderdeel van DYKA Group, die op haar beurt deel uitmaakt van Tessenderlo Group. DYKA Group is internationaal vertegenwoordigd in België, Nederland, Frankrijk, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Duitsland, Polen, Tsjechië, Slovenië en Roemenië.

Als teamleider E&C geef je leiding aan 13 professionals met diverse specialismen. Je bent een coachende leider die de We-GO waarden van DYKA uitdraagt: We winnen samen, we tonen eigenaarschap en we overtreffen onszelf. Over de afdeling E&C

Engineering & Consultancy vormt de schakel tussen klant en verkoop. Wij denken mee, adviseren en bieden technische oplossingen. Van reken- en tekenwerk, dimensionering tot het oplossen van ontwerpuitdagingen: ons team zorgt ervoor dat complexe projecten worden uitgewerkt tot een complete offerte, inclusief bijlagen voor onze verkopers. Binnen E&C kennen we verschillende disciplines. Eén daarvan is Prefab waar we een cruciale rol spelen in planning, engineering en advies gedurende het hele traject.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Coachen en faciliteren van medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en prioriteiten
  • Leidinggeven aan het team (taakverdeling, bezetting, ontwikkeling, beoordelen)
  • Controleren van offertes en afstemmen met klanten
  • Intern afstemmen van projecten
  • Initiëren van verbetertrajecten en kennisdelingssessies
  • Bewaken van afdelingsresultaten en klantoplossingen
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de afdeling binnen de organisatie

Functie-eisen

Voor deze rol zoeken we een teamleider die een stevige technische basis combineert met mensgericht leiderschap. Je beweegt gemakkelijk tussen operationele aansturing, inhoudelijke afstemming en het strategisch ontwikkelen van de afdeling. Daarbij weet je klantgerichtheid, kwaliteit en teamontwikkeling continu in balans te houden.

Je brengt in ieder geval het volgende mee:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur technisch georiënteerd
  • Ervaring met tekensoftware, zodat je de inhoudelijke werkzaamheden van het team begrijpt
  • Relevante ervaring in het vakgebied of de keten (installatietechniek is een pre)
  • Operationele leidinggevingservaring, bij voorkeur in een technische omgeving
  • Bekendheid met CRM- en ERP‑systemen
  • Commerciële en resultaatgerichte instelling
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een positieve, mensgerichte stijl
  • Strategisch denkvermogen en het vermogen om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen

Aanvullende informatie

Wat bieden wij

  • Een salaris tussen plusminus €4150,- en €4750,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van achtergrond en ervaring.
  • 8% vakantietoeslag;
  • 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ATV-dagen;
  • Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals collectieve pensioenregeling en mogelijkheid tot deelname aan onze collectieve zorgverzekering;
  • Kansen voor opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden;
  • Je komt terecht in een dynamische werkomgeving waar innovatie en samenwerking centraal staan.
  • Een reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 cent per km tot maximaal € 16,10 per dag (vanaf 10 km);
  • Bijdrage (bruto-netto verrekening) aan sportabonnement, fietsplan en computerregeling (bij een vast contract).
  • Een uitgebreid inwerktraject zodat je precies weet wat je te doen staat;
