O que você irá fazer

  • Prospectar, assessorar tecnicamente e vender, garantindo que a solução atenda 100% à necessidade técnica do cliente e gere rentabilidade para a empresa.
  • Realizar visitas técnicas e diagnósticos in loco.
  • Levantar dados, medidas e necessidades do cliente para dimensionar a solução ideal.
  • Realizar demonstrações, testes, provas e apresentações técnicas do produto/serviço.
  • Emitir pareceres, relatórios técnicos e laudos de viabilidade.
  • Acompanhar a instalação, o start-up e a performance do produto no cliente.
  • Fazer prospecção ativa de novos produtos nos clientes (campo, telefone, WhatsApp e digital).
  • Prospectar em minas, oficinas centrais e almoxarifados.
  • Gerir e manter a loja de produtos near company.
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais e definir condições de pagamento.
  • Negociar preços, prazos e contratos.
  • Alimentar e gerir o CRM e o funil de vendas, com forecast preciso.
  • Cumprir metas de faturamento, margem e volume.
  • Monitorar a concorrência, os preços e as tendências de mercado.
  • Garantir o pós-venda e a fidelização dos clientes.
  • Identificar oportunidades de up-sell e cross-sell.

O que você precisa para se candidatar

  • Formação superior em andamento Engenharia (Mecânica, Elétrica, Produção, ou áreas afins).
  • Formação técnica com experiência comprovada na área.
  • Experiência em vendas técnicas ou consultivas, preferencialmente no setor de mineração ou industrial.
  • Vivência com clientes de mineração, como, oficinas centrais, almoxarifados e áreas de manutenção e suprimentos.
  • Capacidade de realizar diagnósticos técnicos e dimensionar soluções.
  • Experiência na elaboração de propostas comerciais e na negociação de preços, prazos e contratos.
  • Domínio de CRM e funil de vendas.
  • Conhecimento do pacote Office, principalmente Excel e PowerPoint.
  • Habilidade para redigir relatórios técnicos, pareceres e laudos.
  • CNH categoria B e disponibilidade para viagens.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em Conceição do Mato Dentro/ MG.
