About the role We are hiring a Recruiter in Austin to run full-cycle hiring across multiple functions, from sourcing through close.

What you will do - Source candidates directly and build healthy pipelines - Run structured interview processes with hiring managers - Deliver an excellent candidate experience at every step - Close candidates across engineering, sales, and G&A roles

Must have - 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency - Direct sourcing skills, not only inbound screening - Strong communication and organization habits

Nice to have - Experience recruiting across multiple functions at once
