Die GESTA Gesellschaft für Stahlrohrgerüste mbH ist ein Unternehmen der Teupe Gruppe und im Industriegerüstbau tätig. Mit unserem Industrie- und Ingenieurgerüstbau sind wir auf verschiedenen Anlagen der chemischen, petrochemischen und verarbeitenden Industrie sowie der Energie und Stahlerzeugung ständig vor Ort.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung eines qualitativen und quantitativen Controllings mit allen nachgelagerten Aufgaben
  • Erstellung, Plausibilitätsprüfungen und Analyse von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresauswertungen, sowie Reportings
  • Erstellung und Analyse von KPI
  • Plan-/Ist-Analysen, Abweichungsanalysen
  • Sicherstellung der rechts- und vertragskonformen Zusammenarbeit mit Nachunternehmern
  • Unterstützung im Auswahlverfahren von Nachunternehmern (Präqualifikation) einschließlich Erstellung von Verträgen und Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Unterstützung bei der Betreuung von Tochterunternehmen und Joint-Venture im Rahmen des Nachunternehmermanagements
  • Bedienung von Kundenabrechnungssystemen
  • Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlusserstellung, insbesondere bei der Bewertung unfertiger Bauleistungen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Stammdaten in den IT-Systemen

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und anschließende Weiterbildung, gerne abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Du hast Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Controlling und Rechnungslegung
  • Du arbeitest mit MS 365 und hast bestenfalls DATEV-Kenntnisse
  • Du arbeitest selbständig, gewissenhaft und zuverlässig
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und bringst dich mit deinem überdurchschnittlichen Engagement positiv ein
