Wir sind ein innovatives Unternehmen in den Bereichen Gerüstbau, Hebetechnik, Maschinenbau und Stahlbau und gehören zu den Marktführern in Deutschland. Unter dem Dach der Teupe Gruppe beschäftigen wir an unserem Hauptsitz in Stadtlohn und fünf weiteren Standorten, sowie in Österreich und der Schweiz insgesamt rund 600 Mitarbeiter.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir an unserem Standort in Stadtlohn einen Einkäufer (m/w/d) mit technischem Verständnis und Erfahrung in projektbezogenen Beschaffungsprozessen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Projektbezogene Beschaffung technischer Komponenten, Baugruppen und Dienstleistungen
  • Ausschreibungen steuern und Konditionen verhandeln
  • Zeichnungen, Spezifikationen und Angebote bewerten
  • Lieferanten auswählen und weiterentwickeln
  • Kosten, Qualität und Termine steuern
  • Mit Projektleitung, Konstruktion, Fertigung und Montage zusammenarbeiten
  • Digitale Einkaufsprozesse vorantreiben

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Fachwirt für Einkauf und Logistik, Meister (m/w/d) oder Techniker (m/w/d)
  • Alternativ ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Einkaufserfahrung im technischen Projektumfeld oder kaufmännische Berufserfahrung mit ausgeprägtem technischem Verständnis
  • Verständnis für Fertigung und industrielle Abläufe, idealerweise im Stahl-, Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau
  • Technische Anforderungen beurteilen und bei Einkaufsentscheidungen berücksichtigen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, MS Office und digitalen Anwendungen
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Eigeninitiative und Teamorientierung
