Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von nationalen und internationalen Events (z. B. Messen, Community-Events etc.).
  • Du betreust Events vor Ort und unterstützt operativ bei der Durchführung.
  • Du wirkst bei der Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Community-Bindung mit.
  • Du recherchierst aktuelle Trends im Event- und Community-Bereich.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption neuer Eventformate zur Stärkung der TEVEO Community.
  • Du koordinierst Dienstleister, Locations und Partner.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Organisation von Community-Aktionen (z. B. Gewinnspiele, Challenges oder Meet-ups).
  • Du übernimmst die Nachbereitung von Events (z. B. Feedbackauswertung, Reporting und Ableitung von Learnings).
  • Du erstellst Präsentationen und Konzeptunterlagen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing-, Social-Media- und Brand-Team zusammen.
