Duties also include teaching both undergraduate- and graduate-level psychology courses as needed; supporting recruitment, curriculum development, accreditation, and departmental service; and collaborating with partners on interdisciplinary research and projects. Appointment with tenure is contingent on approval by the Texas A&M University System Board of Regents. We strongly encourage candidates with a record of, or potential for, peer-reviewed publications and external funding and the ability to strengthen our psychology programs. We prefer research expertise in bilingual/multilingual, cognitive, language, or social-emotional developmental.

We offer competitive salaries and a benefits package including health insurance, retirement benefits, and life insurance. Additional pay is available for summer teaching. Financial support for professional development opportunities, such as attending academic conferences, is also provided. Moving expenses are covered in whole or in part by the university.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
