Job Description
We are searching for a Systems Analyst (Application Engineering) – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will develop clinical/business solutions by investigating processes to understand data and communications flow with individual tasks and transactions within Integrated Delivery System. Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Support and administer endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM. Package, test, deploy, upgrade, and retire applications across the enterprise environment.
- Support Windows and macOS endpoint lifecycle activities, including software deployments, patching, operating system upgrades, and compliance initiatives.
- Troubleshoot application, software deployment, and endpoint management issues through log analysis and root-cause investigation.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Monitor endpoint health, deployment success, vulnerability remediation, and compliance metrics to ensure a secure and reliable environment.
- Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Application teams to implement and support endpoint and application engineering solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Participate in project planning, testing, implementation, and operational transition activities for new technologies and services.
- Utilize ServiceNow and ITIL-based processes to support incident, change, and problem management activities.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement skills while identifying opportunities to enhance technology services.
Skills & Requirements • Required H.S. Diploma or GED • Required 4 years' experience in information systems • Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience • Master’s degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience. • Up to one (1) year of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for the one (1) year of required information systems experience on a month-to-month basis
