Job Description
Change the world. Love your job.
This is an exciting time to join Texas Instruments in Lehi, Utah. As TI expands its manufacturing footprint, the LFAB2 fab project is a critical part of our long-term growth roadmap and competitive advantage. We are in the early phases of building construction and MERFEI installation, creating unique opportunities to help shape a major factory project from the ground up. We are looking for motivated, capable individuals who want to work on a fast-paced, high-impact project and help deliver a world-class manufacturing environment.
As a Construction Integration Manager, you will serve as the critical link between Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams in the field, ensuring seamless coordination across project areas. In this role, you will work directly with Area Construction Managers and area owners to integrate schedule, cost, material, labor, and support needs across adjacent and interdependent areas, ensuring field execution remains aligned, de-conflicted, and positioned for success.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as the primary integration point between Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure field execution plans are aligned across disciplines
- Partner with Construction Project Managers to identify and resolve inter-area dependencies related to schedule, cost, material, labor, and support
- Facilitate cross-area coordination to ensure work sequencing, resource allocation, and material/equipment availability are synchronized across adjacent areas
- Identify schedule conflicts, resource constraints, or material gaps between areas and drive timely resolution with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with Engineering to ensure design intent, technical requirements, and field changes are communicated and integrated across affected areas
- Coordinate with Procurement to align material and equipment delivery with area-level construction sequencing and cross-area dependencies
- Support labor planning and coordination across areas to prevent bottlenecks, overlaps, or gaps in workforce allocation
- Facilitate regular integration meetings with Area Construction Managers, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Controls to proactively surface and resolve cross-area issues
- Monitor overall project schedule and cost impacts resulting from inter-area dependencies, escalating risks to Construction and PMOC leadership as needed
- Maintain visibility into area-level plans and field conditions to anticipate downstream impacts and support proactive decision-making
- Drive alignment and consistency in execution approach across areas while respecting the autonomy of individual Area Construction Managers
- Support the resolution of field issues that span multiple areas or require coordinated engineering, procurement, and construction input
Texas Instruments will not sponsor job applicants for visas or work authorization for this position.
