  • Manage the payment of international airway, navigation, and duty fees.

Logistical & Administrative Coordination

  • Coordinate all trip logistics, including catering, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Schedule flight crews to ensure compliance with duty limits and FAA regulations, emphasizing fatigue management and work/life balance.
  • Act as a liaison between management, flight crews, and external service providers (FBOs, caterers, maintenance).
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining sensitive flight records, processing accounts payable, and assisting with budget preparation and SIFL/IRS/SEC reporting.

Emergency & Maintenance Support

  • Participate in all Emergency Response Plan (ERP) drills and maintain emergency contact databases.
  • Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance with the Maintenance Manager to minimize impact on travel schedules.
  • Remain available for after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls to provide flight following or passenger assistance.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
