  • Provide centralized GSOC coverage for facilities across large geographic regions and diverse operational environments.
  • Manage incidents impacting multiple sites, regions, or business units simultaneously.
  • Monitor live and recorded video to identify real-time threats and support post-incident analysis.
  • Capture, preserve, and manage digital evidence in accordance with policy, legal, regulatory, and privacy standards.
  • Support internal investigations through video review, access control data, and detailed incident documentation.
  • Operate and monitor integrated GSOC platforms, including video management systems (VMS), access control systems (ACS), alarm monitoring platforms, and incident/case management systems.
  • Utilize AI-enabled analytics and automation workflows to triage, route, and escalate incidents efficiently.
  • Identify system outages, degradation, or performance issues and escalate to security engineering or IT teams.
  • Support onboarding, adoption, and operational use of new security technologies as part of GSOC maturity and continuous improvement.
  • Support situational awareness and threat assessment using drone and remote surveillance platforms, where applicable.
  • Review drone-generated alerts, imagery, and data to support response and investigations in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Produce accurate, timely, and detailed incident and event reports.
  • Ensure proper incident categorization, severity assignment, and closure in accordance with standardized procedures.
  • Support GSOC metrics, trend analysis, and performance reporting to drive operational excellence.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
