Teylor ist ein schnell wachsendes europäisches FinTech-Unternehmen, das den Zugang zu Finanzierungen für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen revolutioniert. Unsere digitalen Lösungen in den Bereichen Kreditvergabe, Factoring und Software unterstützen Unternehmen dabei, schneller und effizienter an Kapital zu gelangen. Gleichzeitig gestalten wir die Zukunft der KMU-Finanzierung in ganz Europa aktiv mit. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Frankfurt suchen wir einen Werkstudenten Sales (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle erhältst du spannende Einblicke in den B2B-Vertrieb eines innovativen FinTechs und unterstützt unser Sales Team dabei, neue Kunden zu gewinnen und bestehende Vertriebsprozesse weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Identifikation und Ansprache potenzieller Kundinnen und Kunden über verschiedene Vertriebskanäle.
  • Recherche, Qualifizierung und Pflege neuer Leads in unserem CRM-System.
  • Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen sowie Unterstützung bei der Angebotserstellung.
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus Sales und Marketing, um Leads erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reports, Präsentationen und Vertriebsanalysen.
  • Mitarbeit an spannenden Projekten zur Optimierung unserer Vertriebsprozesse und Einbringung eigener Ideen.

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium, idealerweise in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing, Management oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Begeisterung für Vertrieb, Kommunikation und den Umgang mit Menschen.
  • Interesse an FinTech, Digitalisierung und Finanzdienstleistungen.
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; erste Erfahrungen mit CRM-Systemen (z. B. HubSpot oder Salesforce) sind von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
