Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung von Kunden in deutscher Sprache per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat.
  • Unterstützung der Kunden bei alltäglichen Anliegen sowie die kompetente und lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen der Bank, um Kundenanliegen schnell und effizient zu bearbeiten und zu lösen.
  • Schaffung einer positiven Kundenerfahrung durch eine professionelle, serviceorientierte und empathische Kommunikation.
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Prozessen sowie an der Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Lösungen.

Dein Profil

  • Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Empathie und Geduld im Aufbau und in der Pflege positiver Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Gute Arbeitsorganisation sowie eine sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise bei der Erfüllung der übertragenen Aufgaben.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem Computer sowie die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in verschiedene Systeme und Anwendungen einzuarbeiten.
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung. Wir bieten eine umfassende Einarbeitung und Schulung.
