TG-Group is een familiaal geleide onderneming met vestigingen in Beveren en Hoogstraten en klanten over de hele wereld. We zijn een groeiende KMO, gespecialiseerd in het ontwikkelen, reviseren en verbeteren van hoogtechnologische verpakkingsmachines. Kwaliteit, innovatie en doorgedreven automatisatie staan hierbij centraal.

We ontwikkelen onze machines in eigen beheer en exporteren deze over de hele wereld. Service is deel van het DNA en zo staan we met onze teams 24 op 7 paraat voor onze klanten.

Voor onze vestiging in Verrebroek (Beveren) is TG-Group op zoek naar een AI implementatiespecialist die verantwoordelijk zal worden voor het omzetten van de verschillende AI-opportuniteiten die op je pad komen naar tastbare bedrijfsresultaten.

Takenpakket

  • AI- en automatiseringsopportuniteiten identificeren en prioritiseren
  • Business uitdagingen vertalen naar concrete AI-oplossingen, agents en workflows
  • Je bouwt zelf prototypes van AI-workflows en implementeert deze in de verschillende entiteiten van TG-Group
  • Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met het management, IT-teams en digitalisering
  • Projecten voorbij de proof-of-concepts brengen en ervoor zorgen dat ze effectief worden geïntegreerd in de dagelijkse werking
  • De impact meten op productiviteit, omzet en marges
  • Succesvolle oplossingen en best practices delen binnen de gehele TG-Group

Je wordt daarbij ondersteund door het team van digitalisation en je rapporteert aan de CFO van TG-Group.

Profiel

We zijn op zoek naar jou, wanneer jij een hands-on technologisch profiel bent met een sterk businessinzicht, die evenveel energie krijgt van zelf bouwen als van strategisch meedenken.

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen AI, data science, ML/AI engineering, data architectuur of cloud engineering
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het bouwen en implementeren van technologische oplossingen
  • Je hebt kennis van minstens 1 programmeertaal
  • Je hebt ervaring met LLM’s, AI-agents, API’s en automatisering
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden richting technische teams én senior management
  • Je hebt een ondernemende mindset en het vermogen om ownership te nemen van idee tot implementatie
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een sterke plus
  • Je bezit een master denkniveau of hebt aantoonbare relevante werkervaring
