TG-Group is een familiaal geleide onderneming met vestigingen in Beveren (Verrebroek), Hoogstraten en Laarne in België en in Zwitserland en met klanten over de hele wereld. We zijn een groeiende KMO, gespecialiseerd in het ontwikkelen, reviseren en verbeteren van hoogtechnologische verpakkingsmachines. Kwaliteit, innovatie en doorgedreven automatisatie staan hierbij centraal.

Voor onze vestiging in Verrebroek (Beveren) is TG-Group op zoek naar een service planner & aftersales medewerker die graag organiseert, vooruitdenkt en tegelijk feeling heeft met techniek en klantenservice.

Taken

Je combineert in deze functie de planning van onze techniekers met de praktische en administratieve ondersteuning van onze aftersales. Je bent een centrale schakel tussen klanten, techniekers, magazijn, leveranciers en projectleiding.

  • Je plant servicetechniekers in voor werkzaamheden in onze werkplaats en interventies bij klanten.
  • Je organiseert de praktische kant van serviceopdrachten: transport, vluchten en hotels (indien dit nodig is) en andere logistieke zaken.
  • Je ondersteunt bij machineleveringen en -verhuizingen.
  • Je maakt CMR’s, verzend- en exportdocumenten op en volgt transporten administratief op.
  • Je ondersteunt de aftersales afdeling bij de verzending van onderdelen, het inplannen van kleine herstellingen en de opvolging van kleinere revisieprojecten.
  • Je volgt de prijsbepaling van onderdelen voor verkoop mee op in het ERP systeem.
  • Je helpt klanten verder met technische en praktische vragen en schakelt waar nodig de juiste technische collega in.
  • Je vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers en verwerkt deze voor onze klanten.
  • Je ondersteunt de verwerking van serviceorders, servicerapporten en andere administratie.

Profiel

  • We zoeken een organisatorisch talent met technische feeling.
  • Je houdt van plannen, organiseren en problemen oplossen.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht.
  • Kennis van elektromechanica, elektriciteit of machinebouw is een plus.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig en bent administratief sterk.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot met klanten en collega's.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en houdt het hoofd koel wanneer de planning onverwacht verandert.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel.
  • Ervaring met Odoo is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels. Frans en/of Duits is een plus.
  • Ervaring binnen planning, logistiek, technische service of aftersales is uiteraard een troef.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
