TGA runs the leading youth sports enrichment programs for grades K-6. We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible pickleball coach to lead kids' classes at Bay Club Rolling Hills in Novato and introduce pickleball in a fun and playful way.

As a coach, you will work with small groups of children across various ages, developing their skills, physical literacy, and teamwork abilities. At TGA, we believe in using positive reinforcement and a low child-to-coach ratio to help each child feel confident, regardless of their age or skill level. With over 20 years of experience, we have a best-in-class curriculum that is specific and progressive to every child's developmental needs.

As a coach, your role will be instrumental in the development of children's gross motor skills and socialization skills, making a positive impact on their lives.

This job is perfect for part-time workers, retirees, high school and college students, stay-at-home parents, nannies, teachers, and anyone else with a flexible schedule who has a passion for sports, loves working with young children, and wants to give back to their community! The ideal team member will have pickleball experience; a tennis or other racquet sports background is a plus.

Location: Bay Club Rolling Hills, Novato, CA

Classes are held on Wednesdays from 3:00pm - 6:00pm

Requirements

  • Pickleball playing and/or coaching experience, plus a strong general sports background.
  • Must have reliable transportation to Bay Club Rolling Hills in Novato.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with children and parents.
  • Must be punctual (classes are held after school in the afternoons and children are counting on you)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bring your personality to make classes fun
  • Maintain Equipment and Kit bags
  • Update class rosters and complete student progress reports
