Using customer insight, data and research, you will keep the team focused on measurable outcomes while delivering business priorities, operational improvements, regulatory requirements and growth initiatives. Working with P&L leads and senior stakeholders, you will own the strategy and focus investment on the opportunities with greatest customer and business value. You will move confidently between strategy and execution, leading discovery where needed, setting clear direction and making pragmatic decisions to deliver at pace.
