The posting

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Designer to create and maintain learning content that supports Amazon’s Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite broadband network. The primary focus of this role is building new eLearning modules, updating and refreshing existing eLearning, and developing instructor-led training (ILT) resources and job aids.

We are looking for self-motivated professionals with strong instructional-design fundamentals and the ability to turn subject-matter content into clear, engaging, performance-based learning. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Program Managers, balancing speed and quality while working in a fast-paced environment. Being comfortable using modern tools, including AI assistants, to work efficiently is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and evaluate eLearning modules aligned with business objectives
  • Update and refresh existing eLearning content to keep it accurate and current
  • Develop instructor-led training (ILT) materials. Including: facilitator guides, participant materials, and activities
  • Create job aids, quick-reference guides, storyboards, and scripts that support learning objectives
  • Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and build content
  • Apply adult-learning principles and instructional-design methodologies to course development
  • Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms
  • Build assessments and knowledge checks
  • Maintain course content and curriculum documentation
  • Use available tools and technologies (including AI assistants, where helpful) to work efficiently and maintain quality

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years designing, developing, and delivering training content
  • Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field (Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Organizational Development). Equivalent hands-on experience considered in lieu of a degree
  • Experience with eLearning authoring and design tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia
  • Experience designing and developing training across modalities: eLearning, ILT, and video
  • Experience creating job aids and reference materials
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience updating and maintaining large or evolving content libraries

• Multimedia development capabilities (video editing, graphic design, animation)

• Comfort using AI tools to support drafting, iteration, or quality checks

• Experience supporting onboarding, product knowledge, troubleshooting, or customer experience content

• A Particularly strong candidate is someone who has strong LXD/instructional design experience + experience in a complex technical environment + excellent stakeholder skills + a genuine interest in technology/space. And has likely worked in aerospace, satellite, engineering, defense, manufacturing, robotics, technology or large-scale operational programs

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
