职责：

  • 管理现有客户项目，包括跟进、协调内部资源、报价和交付等工作。
  • 建立与客户的紧密关系，并代表TransPerfect作为主要客户商务联系人。
  • 与内部运营团队合作，确保项目按时成功交付。
  • 提供优质客户服务，确保客户满意度。
  • 积极寻求现有客户新的需求并发展新的客户关系。

要求：

  • 商务管理、市场营销或相关领域的学士学位。
  • 1-3年B2B销售或客户管理经验, 具有乙方服务经验优先，熟悉本地化或具有行业经验优先
  • 工作主动性强，抗压能力强，反应敏捷。
  • 认真负责，有团队协作精神，热爱挑战。
  • 热爱沟通和人际交往。
  • 较强的问题解决能力和独立工作的能力。
  • 中英双语流利
