Senior IT-supporttekniker Vill du arbeta med kvalificerad, användarnära IT-support i en offentlig verksamhet där teknik, service och samarbete står i fokus? Nu söker vi en senior IT-supporttekniker med 8+ års erfarenhet till ett uppdrag i Stockholm. I rollen får du arbeta brett med IT-support och vara en viktig del av den dagliga IT-leveransen. Du stöttar användare, hanterar datorer och mobila enheter samt säkerställer att mötesrum och AV-utrustning fungerar som de ska. Uppdraget passar dig som har en stark teknisk grund, trivs med varierande arbetsuppgifter och uppskattar att lösa problem tillsammans med andra. Arbetsuppgifter Ge användarnära IT-support och felsöka tekniska problem.

Arbeta med utrullning, installation och hantering av datorer.

Ge support inom macOS, Windows 11, Microsoft 365 och Teams.

Hantera klienter och enheter med Microsoft Intune samt arbeta med Active Directory.

Felsöka och supportera skrivare och annan kringutrustning.

Hantera och följa upp ärenden i ärendehanteringssystem enligt ITIL-baserade processer.

Montera och demontera IT- och AV-utrustning samt ge support för mötesrum och konferensteknik.

Samarbeta med kollegor för att ge användarna en professionell och effektiv supportupplevelse.

Krav 8 års (eller mer) erfarenhet inom IT-support.

Mycket god erfarenhet av Mac-support.

Erfarenhet av utrullning av datorer.

Kunskaper inom Windows 11, Microsoft 365 och Teams.

Erfarenhet av Microsoft Intune och Active Directory.

Erfarenhet av support för skrivare och kringutrustning.

Vana av ärendehanteringssystem och ITIL-baserade processer.

Erfarenhet av montering och demontering av IT- och AV-utrustning.

God samarbetsförmåga och vana att arbeta i team.

Svenska - flytande i tal och skrift.

Meriterande Erfarenhet av ärendehanteringssystemet Nilex.
