Sumário

Suporte será nas 2 atividades operacionais de NPI, gerenciamento de produtos, suportes de 1º nivel em NPI.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Gestão das matrizes e dos produtos: garantir a integridade das matrizes, em relação a estrutura dos produtos, itens de custo, status dos produtos, bloqueios de alterações por terceiros e manutenção.
  • Gestão dos change requests: gerenciar todas as solicitações de alteração na estrutura dos produtos disponíveis na fábrica, no processo de change request o colaborador deve avaliar cada solicitação de mudança para identificar se teremos impactos em produção e deve ser o ponto focal quanto a estrutura na fábrica.
  • Criação de item: criação de item e gestão no oralce;
  • ORDEM NPI: implementar um novo produto na produção e validar todo o proceso( imprimiveis, insumos, criação de JOB SETUP, validação dos links, matching, task, elaboração do guía de produto para envio do cliente, validação na produção com as equipes multidisciplinares e aplicar treinamento para produção sobre os novos produtos introduzidos;
  • Projetos: participar dos projetos de novos produtos e trabalhar na definição do novo produto junto ás demais equipes, sugerir melhorias de proceso e implementação em produção;
  • Follow-up: Realizar follow-up de novos produtos, productos inativos e programação de futuras novas implementações;

Qualificações

  • Cursando ensino superior em Engenharia, Administração de empresas,gestão de produtos, design, gestão de tecnologia, desenvolvimento ou afins.
  • Inglês básico.
  • Conhecimento em Excel.
