In deiner Ausbildung zum Kaufmann im Einzelhandel (m/w/d) lernst du, wie erfolgreicher Einzelhandel funktioniert – von der persönlichen Beratung über die Warenpräsentation bis hin zu Kasse und Warenwirtschaft. Dabei lernst du unser vielfältiges Sortiment kennen und entwickelst ein Gespür dafür, was unsere Kundinnen und Kunden begeistert – von Büchern über Spiele bis hin zu Geschenkideen. Du erhältst außerdem Einblicke in wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und erfährst, wie Sortiment, Verkauf und Kennzahlen zusammenspielen. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du dafür, dass jeder Besuch bei Thalia zu einem besonderen Erlebnis wird.

  • Kundinnen und Kunden beraten: Du findest die passenden Bücher, Spiele, Geschenkideen und vieles mehr – und überzeugst mit deiner persönlichen Beratung.
  • Deine Buchtipps teilen: Du entdeckst neue Titel, schreibst eigene Empfehlungen und teilst deine persönlichen Buchtipps.
  • Unsere Sortimente gestalten: Du präsentierst unsere Produkte kreativ und schaffst eine Atmosphäre, die zum Stöbern und Entdecken einlädt.
  • Besondere Erlebnisse schaffen: Du unterstützt bei Veranstaltungen wie Lesungen und sorgst mit deinem Team für unvergessliche Momente.
  • Buchhandel mitgestalten: Du erhältst Einblicke in Verkauf, Kasse, Wareneingang und die Abläufe hinter den Kulissen.

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast mindestens einen Hauptschulabschluss oder stehst kurz vor deinem Abschluss.
  • Du bringst gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch, mündlich und schriftlich. Das brauchst du für die Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden und für den Berufsschulunterricht.
  • Du gehst gerne auf Menschen zu und hast Freude daran, sie persönlich zu beraten.
  • Du interessierst dich für den Einzelhandel, Bücher, digitale Angebote und vielfältige Themenwelten.
