Mit dieser neu geschaffenen Position verstärkst du unser Team an der Schnittstelle von Einkauf, Logistik und Vertrieb. Du sorgst mit datenbasierten Entscheidungen dafür, dass unsere Kundschaft die richtigen Produkte zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort finden.

Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Du steuerst die datenbasierte Bestands- und Absatzplanung für unsere Buchhandlungen
  • Du optimierst und überwachst unsere automatisierten Dispositions- und Nachbestellsysteme (z. B. SAP F&R / RELEX).
  • Du analysierst und bearbeitest Tickets, Anfragen und Auffälligkeiten und leitest passende Maßnahmen ab.
  • Du planst saisonale Schwerpunkte und Verkaufsaktionen wie Weihnachtsgeschäft oder Schulstart.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Einkauf, Logistik und Vertrieb zusammen und unterstützt bei der Steuerung von Beständen, Mengen und Remissionen.
  • Du analysierst relevante Kennzahlen und entwickelst daraus konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen für Warenverfügbarkeit und Bestände.
  • Du treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen, Systemen und Planungsmethoden voran.

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in Disposition, Demand Planning, Bestandsmanagement, Supply Chain Management oder Controlling von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und hohe IT-Affinität.
  • Interesse an Sortimenten, Produkten und Markttrends sowie Freude an datenbasierten Entscheidungen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenzubringen.
  • Eigeninitiative, Lösungsorientierung und Spaß daran, Prozesse nachhaltig zu verbessern.
