Für unsere Buchhandlung in 6020 Innsbruck - Sillpark suchen wir ab Jänner 2027 eine Filialleitung Stellvertretung (w/m/d) in Teilzeit (35 Std/Woche).

Deine zukünftige Berufung bei Thalia:

  • Leitungsfunktionen:Du führst gemeinsam mit der Filialleitung bzw. Stellvertretung das Team im Sinne eines „Führens im Duo“. Du koordinierst das Tagesgeschäft und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Buchhandlung. Du steuerst Marketingmaßnahmen und sorgst für eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation. Du verantwortest die Zusammenstellung, Planung und Pflege des Sortiments und hast dabei die relevanten Verkaufskennzahlen im Blick. Du machst die Buchhandlung zum kulturellen Treffpunkt in deiner Region, indem du Veranstaltungen planst und begleitest und aktiv Kooperationen mit Institutionen und regionalen Partnern aufbaust.
  • Kundenservice:Du bist ein Vorbild in der Kundenberatung - du berätst unsere Kundschaft mit Begeisterung und findest für jeden das Passende aus unserem vielfältigen Buch und Non-Book-Sortiment. Du hast aktuelle Trends im Blick, triffst die passende Auswahl für unser Sortiment und setzt diese gemeinsam mit deinem Team verkaufsfördernd in Szene. Du packst im Tagesgeschäft mit an – sowohl an der Kassa als auch auf der Verkaufsfläche.

Qualifikationen

Als Führungskraft bei Thalia

  • lebst du deine Leidenschaft für unsere Produkte und überzeugst mit deinem fundierten Buch-Know-how
  • hast du eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und verfügst über Führungserfahrung im kundenorientierten Einzelhandel und bringst idealerweise bereits Erfahrung aus dem Buchhandel mit
  • verfügst du über gute EDV Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit einem Warenwirtschaftssystem – idealerweise SAP
  • agierst du in deinem täglichen Tun als Vorbild und erreichst gemeinsam mit deinem Team eure Ziele
  • bist du ein Organisationstalent und bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Entscheidungsfreude mit
  • freust du dich über einen Job mit hoher Kundenorientierung und großer Gestaltungfreiheit

  • Während der Übernahme der neuen Rolle als Filialleitung wirst du intern und extern eng begleitet, in dem du an unserem Programm "Fit für Führung" teilnimmst.   • Für die Position der Filialleitung gibt es ein All-In Gehalt und eine Jahresprämie. Das Gehalt ist abhängig von Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Gehalt beträgt bei der Filialleitung/Stellvertretung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung € 2.535,- bis € 2.986,- brutto für Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden).
