We’re looking for a Junior Leasing Manager to join our team and work closely with a Senior Leasing Manager. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the leasing process, build relationships with customers and develop valuable experience across commercial property.

You don’t need to be a property expert. We’re looking for someone who is driven, organised, confident with people and keen to learn.

Key Accountabilities

🔑 What You’ll Do

You’ll support the leasing process from the first customer enquiry through to completion, gradually taking on more responsibility as you develop.

  • Support Deals: Help prepare Heads of Terms, coordinate negotiations and keep leasing transactions moving through to completion.
  • Meet Customers: Arrange and conduct property viewings, open days and portfolio tours, helping prospective tenants find the right space.
  • Market Properties: Help create marketing particulars, advertise available spaces and identify new leasing opportunities.
  • Keep Things Moving: Coordinate with Finance, Credit Control and other teams to make sure transactions progress smoothly.
  • Learn the Property Process: Support tenant due diligence, property checks, compliance requirements and lease administration.
  • Work with the Team: Join leasing and portfolio meetings, learn how we manage our properties and contribute ideas to improve performance.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Proactive: You don’t wait to be told what to do and enjoy taking responsibility.
  • Curious: You’re interested in property and excited to learn how commercial leasing works.
  • Team Player: You enjoy working with different teams and are happy to get stuck in.

Experience

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, lettings, hospitality, retail or another customer-facing environment is useful, but not essential.
  • A proven ability to work towards targets or deliver great customer service.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills.
  • A genuine interest in building a career in property.
  • No property qualification required — training and support will be provided.

Desirable:

  • A valid UK driving licence.
  • Interest in working towards a property qualification in the future.
