The posting

A well-established UK recruitment company is launching its US presence, starting in New York. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build role.

We are looking for a proven 360 Construction Recruitment Consultant who wants real ownership, influence, and the chance to help shape a new market from day one. You will run the full recruitment lifecycle while playing a key role in establishing the brand, processes, and client base across the US construction sector.

What You'll Be Doing

You will manage the full 360 recruitment process within the construction sector, covering permanent and or contract roles. This includes business development, client management, candidate sourcing, placement, and post-placement relationship building.

You will develop new client relationships across general contracting, commercial construction, residential, civil, infrastructure, and specialist trades depending on your background.

You will build and manage a strong candidate pipeline using direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.

You will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, understanding project requirements, timelines, compliance, and market conditions.

You will contribute to the setup of the US operation by feeding into processes, market strategy, and growth plans alongside senior leadership in the UK.

What Were Looking For

Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant within the construction sector. US market experience is preferred but not essential if you have strong billings and a commercial mindset.

A strong track record of business development and consistent revenue generation.

Confidence operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment with minimal hand-holding.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Entrepreneurial energy. You enjoy building desks, markets, and long-term value rather than just filling roles.
