The posting

The Boring Company was founded to solve the problem of soul-destroying traffic by creating an underground network of tunnels. Coordinate closely with engineering, production, and operations teams to resolve constructability issues, ensure systems integration, and keep work progressing without delays. Enforce rigorous safety protocols, quality inspections, and documentation throughout the buildout phase, driving accountability and continuous improvement on site. Oversee material staging, equipment utilization, and trade handoffs to maximize productivity and deliver finished stations and tunnels ready for commissioning and passenger operations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
