The Opportunity
Are you an organised and driven Project Manager with an interest in 3D, architecture and/or PropTech? Do you want to use your skills to help deliver high-profile, global projects from start to finish? If so, we’re looking for a Project Manager, from emerging talent to seasoned pros, to join our team.
This is a great chance to work in a fast-paced environment where you'll report directly to the Head of Production. You'll be responsible for making sure our production planning is executed seamlessly. You'll work on a variety of projects, gaining valuable experience and growing your skills with the support of a senior team. If you thrive on managing project timelines, fostering strong team collaboration and ensuring every project is a success, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our studio, handling everything from initial planning through to final delivery. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping projects on track, ensuring resource hours are managed effectively and operations run smoothly.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Project Planning & Preparation: Set up projects for success. This includes understanding project scope, timelines and appointment terms. You'll be responsible for organising project kick-off meetings and initiating the project approach (systems, tools and communication channels) to ensure the wider studio is aligned with the agreed scope.
- Project Infrastructure: Keep every project’s information current, from scope, schedules and approvals through to the latest assets, so the team always works from a single source of truth.
- Meetings, Scope & Backlog Management: Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including pre-planning sessions, sprints, stand-ups and stage gates. You'll work with Senior Leads to implement best practices for grooming and maintaining the project backlog and task list. You'll also be responsible for identifying any potential scope creep and helping to issue change requests.
- Resource Scheduling: Ensure our project management tools are updated with the correct team allocations. You will manage contractor availability, ensuring project hours are tracked accurately to maintain a robust link between production output and studio capacity.
- Team Performance: Drive, encourage and foster teamwork while effectively resolving conflicts. Align the project team, ensuring clear understanding of project scope, goals and budgets.
- Project Monitoring & Closure: In collaboration with the relevant studio talent, you will produce status updates and burndowns. You'll monitor progress to ensure jobs are completed on time and deliverables are met. At the end of a project, you'll be responsible for archiving project channels and ensuring all final signed-off deliverables are on the correct channels.
What You'll Bring
You are a highly motivated Project Manager with a keen eye for detail, a knack for problem-solving and a confident communicator in all situations. Whether you are looking to grow your career or bring years of expertise to the table, you pride yourself on delivery.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within a digital production or agency environment.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of project management principles and tools.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues.

- A strong interest in architecture, 3D and/or PropTech.
