Location: Torbay and surrounding areas Salary: Competitive rates of pay Hours: Full-time, guaranteed 37.5 hours per week

Are you a compassionate and dedicated female care worker looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference? We are recruiting Female Domiciliary Care Assistants to support people in their own homes across Torbay, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced care professionals already in the UK who require sponsorship, as well as individuals looking to relocate to the Torbay area.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting clients with personal care
  • Assisting with medication
  • Helping with meal preparation and nutrition
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting with household tasks and daily living activities
  • Encouraging independence and wellbeing

What We're Looking For

  • A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
  • Previous care experience is preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Drivers are desirable due to the nature of domiciliary care work
  • Female applicants only (this is a genuine occupational requirement due to the personal care needs of our clients)
