The posting

The Trustees are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work with classroom teachers to support the delivery of quality teaching and learning and to help raise standards of achievement for all students at The Charles Dickens School. Candidates will also be required to deliver support programmes that enable all students to access the curriculum and will be responsible to the SENCo.

Experience of working with young people or in a school environment is desirable with the ability to relate well to children and communicate diplomatically to adults. Candidates should be motivated, proactive, approachable, resilient and a good listener.
