Pet Concierge

The Collar Club — River Valley Branch

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and hands-on individual to join our River Valley team as a Client Experience Associate

If you enjoy interacting with both people and dogs, and are looking for a role in the pet industry where you can gain experience across customer service and pet care, this could be a great fit.

High Basic Pay + Monthly Incentives after probation + Fixed 13th month salary + Performance bonus

  • 5 day work week（Wed-Sun）
  • Fri-Sun - must be able to work
  • 9-7pm Wed - Sat
  • 9-6pm Sunday

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer enquiries, managing appointment calender, updates customer
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of pets
  • Keep pet parents updated on their pets’ daycare and boarding stays through WhatsApp messages, photos and videos, sharing highlights of their activities, meals, rest and overall well-being.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
  • Assist in achieving sales targets through service package recommendations
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively

Requirements

  • Ability to handle animals (all dog and cat breeds)
  • Strong customer complaint handling skills
  • Previous customer service experience (retail or pet industry pref)
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of pet care products and industry trends
  • Able to work weekends (Friday to Sunday)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking
