Voor een innovatieve organisatie binnen de farmaceutische sector in Gent kijkt The Corner Office uit naar een accountant-controller die een volgende stap wil zetten richting financial controlling en business partnering. In deze functie combineer je accounting, financiële rapportering, budgettering, forecasting en financiële analyse binnen een internationale omgeving.

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de volledige AZ opvolging van de algemene en analytische boekhouding, inclusief maand- en jaarafsluiting.
  • Aanspreekpunt voor de business en ondersteuning bij financiële vraagstukken
  • Coördineren van fiscale en wettelijke verplichtingen, waaronder BTW-aangiftes, Intrastat, statistieken, contact met externe adviseurs.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van operationele financiële processen zoals klantenopvolging, leveranciersbetalingen en payrollgerelateerde boekingen
  • Ondersteunen van audits en instaan voor een correcte rapportering, balansreconciliaties en de betrouwbaarheid van financiële gegevens.
  • Actief bijdragen aan budgettering, variantieanalyses en korte- en middellangetermijn cashflowforecasting.
  • Signaleren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen binnen accounting, controlling en financiële rapportering.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de finance director in Europa.
  • Je beschikt over een hoger diploma in accountancy, finance, economie
  • Je beschikt over een aantal jaar relevante ervaring in de boekhouding; ervaring met analytische boekhouding is een plus
  • Ervaring in een internationale omgeving vormt een meerwaarde
  • Naast het Nederlands beheers je ook het Engels op een professioneel niveau
  • Je bent analytisch, werkt nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent leergierig en wil graag verder groeien binnen finance
  • Je hebt ervaring met het werken in ERP-systemen en een goede kennis van Excel
