  • Champion inclusion by increasing participation among young people experiencing marginalisation.
  • Conduct licence reviews and support the onboarding of new organisations.
  • Contribute to grant-funded projects, national events and cross-team initiatives.

What we are looking for:

You'll be a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and influencing others. You'll be highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage a varied workload while working independently and as part of a team.

We're particularly interested in candidates with:

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisational, administrative and communication abilities.
  • Experience analysing information and using data to inform decisions.
  • Confidence delivering meetings, presentations and training sessions.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of, or experience with, the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, education, or youth work sectors (desirable).

Essential requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Residence within or close to the designated portfolio area.
  • Willingness to travel across the portfolio area.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
