Role overview

EuroFinance is seeking a highly skilled, fast, and detail-oriented creative artworker to join our international marketing team. Working directly with our UK-based creative lead, you will be responsible for executing high-volume graphic production, formatting multi-page reports, rolling out event marketing collaterals, and adapting master creative assets across digital and print channels.

This role requires a production expert who takes pride in pixel-perfect precision, tight layout grids, pre-press technical accuracy, and consistent brand alignment under tight global timelines.

Key responsibilities

  • Template execution and adaptations: Adapt established master designs across a wide variety of marketing deliverables, including event brochures, digital ads, social media, press ads, and venue signage and collateral.
  • Document formatting: Lay out and format complex B2B financial documents, course guides, and reports using Adobe InDesign with strict adherence to grid systems, paragraph styles, and typography rules and hierarchy.
  • Pre-press and artwork delivery: Prepare print-ready artwork files according to technical printer specifications (bleeds, color profiles, spot colors, crop marks).
  • Digital asset creation: Produce static and animated digital assets optimised for web, email, and social media platforms.
  • Quality and proofing: Maintain meticulous self-proofing standards, ensuring zero typographical errors, correct layout alignment, and brand consistency prior to review.

Technical skills and requirements

  • Adobe Creative Cloud mastery: Expert-level proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Knowledge of Figma and Adobe motion design software is an advantage.
  • Typography and layout skills: Deep understanding of typesetting, grids, page geometry, and master-page structures.
  • Language proficiency: Exceptional written English grammar and spelling are mandatory for reviewing marketing content.
  • Autonomy and communication: Proven ability to work independently, manage time-sensitive deadlines across time zones, and communicate clearly and proactively with remote stakeholders.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of agency or in-house production artworking experience in B2B, corporate, or publishing environments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Mass Communication, or equivalent practical industry experience.

Application requirement

  • Portfolio mandatory: Applications without a link or attachment to a production/artwork portfolio demonstrating multi-page layout work (PDF reports, brochures) and print-ready files will not be considered.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
