The posting

Our client, a growing European financial institution, is seeking a dependable and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Support daily office operations including reception duties, meeting room bookings, and handling phone calls.
  • Manage office and pantry supplies, arrange office lunches/meals, and ensure the office is kept neat and organised.
  • Arrange business travel and provide support to overseas visitors when required.
  • Assist with onboarding arrangements for new hires.
  • Help coordinate office events, trainings and any office improvement or renovation activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and senior management as needed.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • At least 10 years of experience in office administrative work
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Exhibits excellent time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Familiar with the usage of office equipment
