Schedule: Overnight Shift | $1.00/Hour Shift Differential

At The Evergreen Inn, an Agemark Senior Living community, we’re looking for a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to join our overnight team. What You’ll Do

  • Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, and other personal needs.
  • Promote Comfort and Safety: Help maintain a peaceful, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the night.
  • Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly.
  • Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
  • Provide Reassurance: Respond to residents’ needs with patience, kindness, and compassion.
  • Protect Dignity: Provide dependable support while respecting each resident’s privacy and independence.

What You’ll Bring

  • Required Certification: Must have a current Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) credential.
  • Positive Attitude: Bring a friendly, compassionate, and encouraging approach to your work.
  • Heart for Seniors: Have a genuine interest in helping seniors live their best lives.
  • Team Spirit: Be willing to collaborate with and support your coworkers.
  • Communication Skills: Listen, communicate clearly, and respond with patience.
  • Dependability: Be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
  • Experience: Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required. We provide training!
