The Flower Factory is looking for an outgoing and cheerful person to join our team as a full-time TikTok livestream host.

Fresh graduates, including polytechnic graduates, are welcome to apply. We also welcome experienced florists and anyone with experience working with plants or in the plant business. If you currently work in sales and have an interest in plants, we would love to hear from you too. No prior livestreaming experience is required.

Looking to earn more than in your current role? We are prepared to offer suitable candidates higher pay than they currently earn, especially those bringing experience from floristry or plant businesses. Salary is negotiable based on your experience and ability.

You will present and sell plants and flowers through TikTok livestreams. We are looking for someone who enjoys engaging with people and explaining products clearly. You should be comfortable speaking on camera and willing to develop your presentation and sales skills.

You should have an outgoing, cheerful personality and be hardworking and willing to learn. An interest in plants and flowers is important. You must be able to communicate clearly in English. The ability to speak Chinese is preferred but not required.

The role involves two livestream sessions per day across a six-day working week.
