WE ARE HIRING – BARISTA

Position: Barista Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Food & Beverage / Café / Restaurant

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages according to company standards.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders and other beverage preparation equipment.
  • Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste and presentation.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service.
  • Take customer orders and process payments through the POS system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
  • Monitor beverage inventory and replenish supplies when necessary.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Follow proper food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
  • Work closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a café environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso extraction and milk steaming preferred.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented personality.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible, punctual and attentive to detail.
  • Willing to learn new beverage recipes and preparation techniques.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
