Als Regional Manager bij Cardoen ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de optimalisatie van onze verkooppunten. Je bent de cruciale schakel tussen het hoofdkantoor en de operationele realiteit in de vestigingen. In deze rol krijg je de vrijheid om echt impact te genereren: je begeleidt siteverantwoordelijken in het behalen van hun doelstellingen door een kritische blik te werpen op de dagelijkse activiteiten en de Lean-methodologie te vertalen naar de werkvloer.

Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Strategische Implementatie: Je ziet toe op de correcte naleving en toepassing van de HQ-richtlijnen in elk verkooppunt.
  • Lean Management: Je coacht en begeleidt siteverantwoordelijken bij de ontwikkeling van Lean-processen en Kaizen-verbeteringen.
  • Team Lead: Je stuurt direct 6 siteverantwoordelijken aan en ondersteunt hen in hun professionele groei en de uitbouw van hun teams.
  • Business Intelligence: Je vertaalt praktijkervaringen naar onderbouwde feedback voor het HQ. Dankzij onze korte communicatielijnen dragen jouw inzichten direct bij aan strategische beslissingen.
  • Operationele Besluitvorming: Je hebt de bevoegdheid om commerciële tegemoetkomingen te doen en adviseert over de structuur en personeelsbezetting van de verkooppunten.

Je bent een resultaatgerichte leider met een scherp analytisch denkvermogen en een sterke commerciële drive. Dankzij jouw coachende leiderschapsstijl weet je de siteverantwoordelijken te motiveren om het beste uit zichzelf en hun vestiging te halen.

  • Ervaring & Kennis: Je hebt aantoonbare managementervaring. Gezien de technische aard van de rol is uitgebreide ervaring in de automobielsector een must. Daarnaast heb je een achtergrond in Management, Marketing of Business en bij voorkeur ervaring met de Lean-methodologie (Kaizen).
  • Communicatie & Houding: Je staat bekend om je duidelijke en transparante communicatie. Je bent empathisch en luistervaardig, waardoor je de behoeften van zowel klanten als medewerkers feilloos aanvoelt.
  • Mentaliteit: In een dynamische retailomgeving ben je op je best; je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en durft ook onder druk onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen.
  • Talen & Tools: Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands en Frans. Je kunt vlot overweg met Excel en Power BI.
