The posting

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische studie, de uitwerking en de prijscalculatie van elektrotechnische projecten. Je analyseert de behoeften van bestaande en potentiële klanten en vertaalt hun technische vereisten naar doordachte, competitieve offertes.

Je werkt nauw samen met een deskundig team en onderhoudt contacten met klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen. Dankzij jouw technische kennis, nauwkeurigheid en communicatieve vaardigheden zorg je ervoor dat elk projectvoorstel zowel technisch als financieel goed onderbouwd is.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Offerteopmaak en prijscalculatie: Je stelt nauwkeurige kostprijsberekeningen op op basis van de informatie en behoeften van de klant.
  • Technische analyse: Je bestudeert en interpreteert lastenboeken, plannen, elektrische schema’s en andere technische documentatie.
  • Kostprijsoptimalisatie: Je houdt rekening met materiaalkeuzes, montagetijden, werkuren en engineeringkosten om competitieve offertes uit te werken.
  • Bestekanalyse: Je beoordeelt zelfstandig de technische, financiële en contractuele voorwaarden van aanbestedings- en offertedocumenten.
  • Klantencontact: Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, brengt hun verwachtingen in kaart en denkt actief mee over passende oplossingen.
  • Dossierbeheer: Je bouwt klantendossiers zorgvuldig op en zorgt ervoor dat alle relevante informatie correct wordt verwerkt en opgevolgd.
  • Interne samenwerking: Je stemt af met collega’s en verschillende interne afdelingen om tot kwalitatieve en haalbare projectvoorstellen te komen.
  • Marktgerichte aanpak: Je benut je ervaring in de elektrotechnische sector om technische uitdagingen efficiënt en pragmatisch aan te pakken.
