Als Verzekeringsbeheerder KMO ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks beheer van een portefeuille KMO-klanten en hun verzekeringsdossiers. Je biedt klanten een professionele service van A tot Z en gaat actief op zoek naar verzekeringsoplossingen die aansluiten bij hun behoeften.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Het dagelijks beheer en de opvolging van de verzekeringsportefeuille van KMO-klanten.
  • Het bespreken en onderhandelen met verzekeraars om passende en competitieve oplossingen te verkrijgen.
  • Het opmaken van offertes en het verwerken van polissen en andere verzekeringsdocumenten.
  • Het begeleiden en ontzorgen van klanten gedurende het volledige verzekeringsproces.
  • Het samenwerken met accountmanagers, schadebeheerders en andere collega’s bij complexere dossiers.
  • Het rapporteren aan het management.

Je bent een dynamische en energieke professional met een passie voor verzekeringen. Je werkt graag samen met collega’s, maar kunt ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor je dossiers.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelordiploma in verzekeringen of gelijkwaardige werkervaring binnen de verzekeringssector.
  • Een goede teamgeest en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Vlotte computervaardigheden en kennis van verzekeringsbeheersystemen.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Een nauwkeurige, klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
